I find it a challenge to describe who I am to people these days maybe because I have undergone so much change that who I am is an ever shifting flow. I’m a spiritual practitioner living in Portland OR whose primary aim is awakening and helping with the transformation of our world. Writing is a passion of mine as you can see from this website, it is both a creative outlet and a means of sharing my path. I’m going through a process right now of letting go of attachment to money and work and following my heart and living in abundance to demonstrate to myself and others that lack and struggle are unnecessary if you live an awakened life. The treasure in the present moment is abundance and it represents unlimited power to create what we creatively channel it into. I believe we are in the midst of a transformation to a new world age. Times are challenging and change is happening at ever increasing rates. We have reached a point on this planet where we must evolve if we are to survive and it is my intention to help that process along. My interests include meditation, nature, the Goddess, yoga, Buddhism, writing, shamanism, plant medicines, consciousness, community, love, web design and conscious technology.
