Excellent article Colin! The timing of reading it was perfect for me following the trials of couch surfing with the family here in N.Carolina. The practice of coming back and being with my immediate experience has been challenging but when I trust and let go of the distracting stories the pain does indeed pass. Little by little I am reclaiming more of my Power I had previously been giving to my family and bringing it all back Home...
Thanks for saying it with words as it helps me to get it through to my sometimes stubborn personality.
Into the Light we go...
